Commercial EPC's in & Around Cirencester    

I'm an experienced & independent Non Domestic Energy Assessor (DipNDEA) offering a friendly and professional service producing Commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPC’s) throughout South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire & West Berkshire including Cirencester, Lechlade-on-Thames, Carterton, Swindon and all the surrounding towns and villages.

I'm fully qualified to level 3 & 4 and insured to produce non domestic EPC's and lodge them with the central Government database. I am also qualified for residential EPC's if the commercial premises have residential flats above.

Prices for commercial EPC's are available on request. This price is dependent on the total useful building area stated on the EPC and I do not charge VAT.

The EU EPBD (Energy Performance of Buildings Directive) & UK Government (CLG) requires that existing commercial buildings be inspected for the purposes of energy assessment, and an Energy Performance Certificate is issued by a qualified energy assessor, to the building owner.

This questionnaire is not an instruction to us to proceed; it is an initial assessment form to enable us to prepare a quotation for you. If you are in possession of building plans, please email me a copy.
